Official Contest Rules

1. The sponsor of this promotion is Dighu Media Inc., located at Calgary, Alberta, Canada. ("Sponsor"). Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, nor is responsible for conducting, this promotion.
2. The promotion will begin at 5 pm EDT on July 29, 2010 and end at 11:59pm EDT August 21, 2010.
3. The prize is one (1) brand new Apple iPad (16 GB WiFi model) ("Prize"). The Prize will be shipped to the winner within 3 - 6 weeks of the promotion closing date. The winner is responsible for any duty & taxes associated with receipt of the Prize.
4. To enter the promotion, the entrant must register at Sponsor's Website located at the URL http://www.dighu.com. The entrant must then post a "daily dighu" ("Dighu") which is a daily act of service and common humanity aimed towards another person or persons. Registrants may post one (1) Dighu each day for another chance to win. Multiple Dighus in one day will not be counted towards extra entries.
5. One winner will be selected randomly from all the valid entries. Sponsor will notify the winner via the email account used to register for Dighu. If the winner does not respond within three (3) days, he or she will forfeit the Prize and another winner will be randomly chosen.
6. The Sponsor holds the right to declare a winning member as suspicious, if that is the case The Sponser will choose another random winner.
7. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Dighu Media Inc. and family members of such employees are not eligible to enter.
8. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion.
